1. How long does it take to receive my order?

All our products are handmade and/or personalized with care.
        •       Processing Time: 2–5 business days
        •       Shipping Time (USA): 3–7 business days depending on the mail service that you selected
        •       Digital Downloads: sent within 24 hours

During high seasons or large custom orders, processing may take a bit longer — but we always keep you informed!

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from our studio in Florida.

3. Can I request a fully customized design?

Absolutely! That’s what we do best

4. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality cardstock, heavy glossy photo paper, glitter cardstock finishes, water-resistant vinyl sticker paper, layered 3D elements, and sturdy sticks for toppers. Everything is handmade with love, precision, and attention to detail.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

We carefully package every item, but if something goes wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work quickly to find a solution.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because most of our products are custom-made, we only accept cancellations within the first 12 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.
